you are what you eat



this semester I lead myself to a healthy lifestyle
organic food dairy and vegetables.
if I live in college the dining hall is holy disgusting.
in this case I choose the aid vitamins.
blueberry to brighten my eyes
vitaminB to soften my skin
but don't forget those tablets everyday.
keeping health is not a rush in the head,it takes a long long time.
so let's carry on this task
you are what you eat.
be responsible for yourself first ,then others
